Roy Jordan is responsible for maintaining relationships with host landholders and other key stakeholders at Wambo Wind Farm. His role is centred on keeping people informed and engaged as the project progresses.

“It’s about maintaining relationships and making sure we keep stakeholders regularly updated on things like land access and what’s happening on site,” he says.

Wambo is Roy’s first renewable energy project, but he brings decades of experience in large-scale infrastructure.

“I’ve been in heavy construction for more than 25 years, and I’ve spent the last 15 years working on major projects throughout the region,” he said

He’s found the shift into renewables both enjoyable and meaningful.

“It’s a different kind of project, and it’s good to be part of something that’s focused on producing clean energy,” he said.
